I’ve had the same issue with bonus codes—usually they’re case-insensitive, so I just paste them exactly as given in uppercase to avoid mistakes. If it doesn’t work, I contact support once and then move on if they don’t fix it. Honestly, I’ve been playing Polytrack lately instead of chasing these promos.
